Zainab Sheriff, the CEO of Zedzee Multimedia Consult, has been released from police custody after spending two nights at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Headquarters in Freetown.
Following her release, the sheriff was granted bail due to a video she released, which is believed to be offensive. According to reports, the police are investigating the video under section 44 of the Cybersecurity and Crime Act 2021.
As such, the Zedzee CEO may be required to return when requested by the authorities.
