On April 15, 2023, the Waterloo Police acted on intelligence. They discovered the corpse of an unidentified man buried in the shrine of Ibrahim Kalokoh, a notorious witch doctor from the Sherbro Town community in Newton (4 Mile), Waterloo. Five men and the witch-doctor's wife are assisting the police with investigations, but Ibrahim Kalokoh himself has mysteriously disappeared.
According to neighbors, several pits were found in the compound of the witch-doctor that they believe contained the bodies of Ibrahim Kalokoh's victims.
