The Don Bosco Fambul Organization, as part of their Young Risk Program, supplied meals to more than 1000 detainees at Bo Correctional Center in Southern Sierra Leone.
The organization shared their noteworthy efforts through the Provincial Development Organization in Sierra Leone under the Young Risk Program at the Bo Correctional Center on their social media platform.
They conveyed their commitment to offering individuals a second chance and establishing opportunities for personal growth. Their aim is to foster a supportive environment for young children and to replicate this approach within correctional facilities.
Furthermore, they mentioned that the Young Risk Project at the Bo Correctional Center provides vital services such as hygiene facilities, nourishing meals, medical care, psychosocial support, and legal aid to the 1003 incarcerated individuals.
In conclusion, they expressed their appreciation for the dedicated staff members who work diligently to ensure that inmates receive the necessary assistance.
