Desmond Woode, a 25-year-old painter residing in White Stone, Waterloo, has been arrested on accusations of sexually penetrating two minors. The victims, aged 11 and 13, are siblings and belong to the same parents, according to the report filed by the Family Support Unit at the Waterloo Police Division.
Denying the allegations, Desmond Woode claims they are unfounded and malicious. He is currently in police custody while authorities conduct further investigations into the matter.
