Today, Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, the Vice President of Sierra Leone, received his Voter ID Card in Aberdeen, Freetown. He reassured Sierra Leoneans that the upcoming elections in June will be free and peaceful.

He also highlighted the government's support for the electoral process from the outset, demonstrating its commitment to transparency and peaceful polls.
The Vice President emphasized the importance of a well-resourced National Electoral Commission, including professional staff, mobility capacity, and modern equipment to ensure a free, fair, and peaceful election.
He believed that resources and professionalism inspire confidence, which is necessary for the public to believe in the process and respect the election's outcome.
Jalloh also urged registered voters to collect their ID cards, taking advantage of the occasion.
