It has been reported that a young woman from Sierra Leone allegedly killed her newborn child at Black Johnson Hospital in Freetown's east end.
A video circulating on social media showed the woman stating that she decided to kill the baby because it had no father and that she had been homeless before becoming pregnant. Police officers were present in the video and questioned her before arresting her. She is currently in police custody while investigations continue.
