Former APC council member without a voter registration card, among others

Former APC councilor in Ward 434, Augustine Laima Bangura, also known as "Dem Dad," expressed his disappointment at not receiving his voter ID card despite being the first person to register at the Providence School Center.

According to Awoko, Bangura's name was not found on the electoral roll, despite his details being correct. He was issued an attestation by ECSL personnel at the providence center. Other individuals, including Abigail Kamara, a student at Ansarul Islamic Primary School in Sumaila, and Kalmon Saffa, a bike rider and registrant in Ward 434, also faced similar issues. Saffa was given a phone number by the man in charge of the Providence School Centre, Mr. Sillah, who promised to contact him when his card was ready.

The head of the Providence school, Mustapha Silla, stated that they are aware of the complaints and are doing their best to address them. Registrants whose information is not visible are being advised to be patient and are given proof that they can vote on election day if their records are not available by then.
