Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Commonwealth Professional Fellowships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a citizen of a Commonwealth country or have been granted refugee status by a Commonwealth country. Be a permanent resident of an eligible Commonwealth country. Have at least five years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) relevant work experience. Be currently employed at the time of application. The application process is conducted online through the CSC's online application system. Applicants will need to provide:

Copies of undergraduate and postgraduate qualification certificates (if applicable). A concise description (up to 100 words) of their employment details and its relevance to the desired program. A personal statement (up to 300 words) explaining the relevance of their previous work experience to the fellowship. Contact details for three referees, including their current employer. A development Impact Statement in four parts, outlining award objectives, objectives for the next two years, long-term objectives, and personal motivation. A list of publications and prizes (if applicable). A scan of their passport or national identity card.
