Selected participants from the online training will then be invited to the in-person Asia-Europe Youth Summit in Copenhagen, Denmark, from December 15th to 18th, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the ASEF Training and Youth Summit:
Early-career professionals. Up to 35 years old. Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Proficiency in the official language of the selected country (if applicable). Currently working as Research or Science Managers in areas of international science and technology, or Diplomats/Government Officials working in the fields of international cooperation and science and technology diplomacy matters. Working in one of the eligible Asian or European countries.
