Lachaeveh Davies Crowned Miss Sierra Leone 2025
On April 29, 2025, Lachaeveh Alberta Caizarine Davies, representing the Western Area Rural, was crowned Miss Sierra Leone 2025 at the Bintumani Conference Centre in Freetown. She triumphed over 15 contestants from various districts, with Mariyam L. Konneh (Miss Pujehun) and Lala B. Sidibe (Miss Bombali) securing the first and second runner-up positions, respectively .
The pageant emphasized qualities beyond physical beauty, focusing on resilience, focus, and poise. Dr. Adonis Abboud, Chairman of Miss Sierra Leone Limited, praised the contestants for their courage and brilliance, highlighting the competition's integrity from auditions to the finale .
Davies, 23, is a model, climate change advocate, writer, and communications student at the University of Makeni. Her previous titles include Miss Freetown 2024 and Miss University of the North. As Miss Sierra Leone, she will represent the country at the Miss World 2025 pageant in Telangana, India .
In recognition of her new role, Davies received a brand-new blue Suzuki S-Presso to support her official duties and outreach activities .
