Renowned Sierra Leonean musician Mohamed Jimmy Rogers, widely known as 'Manzu avec C-bolt,' has recently addressed the controversy surrounding his endorsement of President Julius Maada Bio in the 2023 elections in a sincere message to his fans.
In a heartfelt statement, Manzu extended his genuine apologies to those who may have been upset by his political stance.
"To some of my fans at home and abroad, I sincerely apologize if you are angry with me for supporting His Excellency Julius Maada Bio for President in 2023," expressed Manzu.
Acknowledging the diverse opinions and emotions among his fanbase, he emphasized his identity as a fellow Sierra Leonean and urged everyone to recognize that they all belong to the same nation, each with the right to make their own choices.
