The University of Sierra Leone (USL) has recently held its 2023 Convocation Ceremony, conferring Degrees, Diplomas, and Certificates upon numerous graduands from its associate universities.
Yesterday, graduands from Fourah Bay College (FBC) received their awards, while today, thousands of graduands from IPAM were also honored. Tomorrow, the College of Medicine and Allied Health Science (COMAHS) will hold its ceremony. Many graduates expressed their excitement at successfully completing their university education.
One graduate shared the challenges he faced attending classes, including taking public transportation and changing clothes to catch up with classes. Nonetheless, the convocation ceremony took place amidst the students paying a fee of NL2,000 for the ceremony package.
