During the Convocation Ceremony on April 12, 2023, the University of Sierra Leone's Fourah Bay College (FBC) recognized Joseph Amara as the top graduand for the 2022 academic year.
Amara, who majored in Geology, achieved a CGPA of 3.93/4.0 after completing 50 modules in four academic years, earning 40 A's, 8 B+'s, and 2 B's. Along with thousands of other students, Amara received his award at FBC's amphitheater.
